• If the signal begins to lag in multi light set connection, unplug all light sets and plug light sets in one-by-one, beginning with the light set coded “01” followed by “02”, etc. This will refresh the communication device. Wait 10 seconds after unplugging a light set to plug it back in.

• If your light set(s) will not function properly, the best way to remedy your light set(s) is to reset them. Follow the resetting light sets instructions above for more details.

• Isolating individual light sets for resetting is the best method for ensuring proper App performance. Trying to reset multiple light sets at one time may cause additional operating issues.

• User will be unable to control light set on device 1 if someone who knows the old password changes to a new password on another device 2. Connect to light set and change password on device 1 to the new password to regain control, or turn set(s) off for 10 seconds then on, and within 3 minutes connect to light set and use “2015” to change password and regain control.
